A Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and administering marketing content to build and support an audience and ensure customer engagement. The specialist will combine marketing and administrative management skills to architect and enhance company presence, interact with members, and promote brand-focused initiatives.

The specialist creates and defines innovative marketing campaigns for the organization. Oversees the curation of content for digital workflows, email communications, and marketing administration while overseeing marketing communications, acquisition, and retention strategies to generate awareness to drive sales, while cultivating member loyalty.

Marketing Job Duties:

• Creates marketing campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
• Ensures brand consistency in marketing by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management
• Provides training and guidance to in club team members on marketing implementation best practices and strategies
• Collects customer data and analyses club performance and marketing impacts
• Engages regularly in club interactions and visits
• Create comprehensive reports
• Improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
• Create and execute grass roots digital presence
• Grows and expands company community presence
• Understands how to buy digital and marketing ad space
• Ability to connect with influencers to create lasting relationships promoting the organization
• Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content
• Researches and monitors activity of company competitors
• Reports progress to senior marketing management

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing
• 2-3 years of experience with Marketing Management
• 2 years or more of Marketing Experience, Content Creation, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Web Design, and Strategy
• Data Collection and Analysis
• Good understanding of marketing KPIs
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Technology Skills
• Strong skills and experience in creative content writing
